The room was nice and big, and the service was good. The only downside was the condition, things were a little broken and worn. For example the hair dryer was broken, and there was a missing small veneer on the bedside table (exposing the chip board underneath). There was a fold out sofa bed, which looked a bit worn, but it was convenient to have it for laying out outfits. The bed was really nice and big, so did not fold out and try the sofa bed as a bed.

It's great to have at least a microwave in the room, however it would be really helpful to have additonal cutlery fitting for chopping, a bread board and a microwavable salad bowl, at the very least. I did call beforehand and was told that there were all the utensils I needed. It didn't. also, strangely, even though I kept my towels off the floor and on the racks, your housekeepers kept replacing them each day!

Hotel room clean service was disgusting . Beds barely made , dishes /cups all left as used . They said on our complaint it was eco friendly cleaning and a public holiday to which we reminded them the tariff being triple the normal. The foyer was rampaged one night by a disgruntled person . A very spartan area, no commodities in close proximity, public transport, 711 , coffee shop etc Very long walk from southern cross station
