I loved every minute of our stay ,The river view room looked over to Big Ben was amazing . My only complaint would be that there wasn’t a lounge area at the bar area, the restaurant had taken it over , we had stayed before and sat in just for drinks , think it’s poor you can’t sit at the window now just to enjoy the view without eating . The staffs attire was impeccable , so well turned out , friendly and there to assist . Will return

I didn’t have breakfast here. The room was lovey and clean. Very spacious bathroom with a bath and shower. The gym is a good size and the pool, sauna and steam room are excellent. I would most definitely stay here again.

I did not book breakfast but asked if I could have just a croissant and a drink at around 7 am as I had to leave soon after for an appointment. They said it was just breakfast and would charge the standard £19. Also there was only one teaspoon for two mugs in the room( my partner and me as guests) I asked for a second one and was told I would have to pay £5! The bath plug “leaked” so the bath would not hold water during my bath.

Check in was the only criticism I have, we downloaded the App for digital check in to arrive and the app wasn’t working. Apparently you need to be connected to the hotel wifi for it to work. Location was great, the rooms were ok, expected a view of the river but only a view of other rooms! Bed very comfortable!
