We booked for one night. I was told we had the best room. I chose the hotel to enjoy the amazing view of the water and Big Ben. Unfortunately our room was delayed for nearly two hours. We could not check in at 3pm and were compensated with an offer of juice, beer, coffee of wine. We also wanted to go to the pool but due to late check-in at no fault of our own could not. I did not get to enjoy the balcony because again we were denied of time and we had to leave at 4am the next day to travel to Paris. To add insult we were told we could go to the pool despite not having booked time slots so we went but were turned away by the staff member who was not informed we would be going. Staff apologized saying they were very busy but ultimately we were robbed of the experience we hoped for.

Hassle free, clean and good location.

Stayed for one night as we were over to watch football, room was really well equipped and clean. Walking distance to vauxhall station and you can even walk across to parliament relatively easily. Would definitely stay again if i could get a room for a good price.

It was difficult contacting front desk for more towels due to having to download the app. I struggled with turning on/off the lights. When I was resting one afternoon an employee randomly entered my room, which was a little scary since there weren’t extra locks on the door and I didn’t request anything from the hotel. The location was a little far from the underground so walking at night with children made me a little anxious.

Room had a great view and the property is in a great location. The room service/housekeeping was prompt. We loved the gym and sauna! Close to main attractions and the public transit system. My room could have been cleaned better for sure. The shower also clogged up during our stay. My least favorite was that the same breakfast was served EVERY morning with no variations. Please consider changing the menu a bit, as it’s unappealing to eat the same items each morning for longer stays.
