It’s all about the Riverview!

Everything is great except the property had a weird Wi-Fi system. I needed to get help from my own company’s IT to start Wi-Fi connection to work. For some reason out of 30+ hotels I stated the last 12 months. This was the first place where I cannot connect Wi-Fi immediately and had to get my own help. Don’t get me wrong! Property has outstanding views of River Thames and beautiful surroundings. Perform my stay was perfect except that Wi-Fi issue I had daily.

Good base to visit London. Air conditioning was not effective so the room was too hot for comfort. Nasty drain smell would occasionally come up through the floor drain in the bathroom. Disappointing but the front of house porters and doorman were excellent.

Hotel was really handy for all transport. Was lovely to walk along the river. Only disappointment was our room didn't have river view. Looked on to a brick wall. Would ask for a river view room next time.

The location is ideal, we felt safe at all hours of the day. Check in on the app was perfect, did not have to talk to anyone. Breakfast was ok, I wish there were pancakes or waffles. There was an eyelash strip on the carpet when we checked in, the room was hot even with the ac on and the mattress was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The room was ideal, spacious and the bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Everyone was helpful and nice.

While all was excellent, it would have been great to have access to the room service menu in n the restaurant/bar. I ordered ribs and chips in my room that were outstanding. Your buffalo wings are poor. They’re not done right. I think the sauce may have been spiced with curry, YUK!!!
