Before I arrived, I received an email to say what to expect. The Reception staff's greetings were warm and friendly. The room was spacious and extremely clean and cosy. The bed was super comfy and the shower flowed perfect with excellent temperature. Located in walking distance or short journey from all attractions. The staff and amenities were exceptional I joined email to keep intouch. The local was excellent. The staff again was so helpful and the hotel itself was clean comfortable . The food service was also excellent. Either breakfast was worth the convenience and price. I will definitely book here again.

Room 214 had loud mechanical/whirring noises coming out or aircon vent all night. Very patchy sleep. Recordings taken & being submitted with formal complaint. Staff need to acknowledge there's an issue & fix it. Not good enough for hefty price being charged.

Room was clean and the lobby and dining area were nice. We were on the top floor, 4th and they had slanted ceilings that were cracking other than that it was good. Just the slopping ceilings made the room smaller. Overall it was a good stay. Close enough to everything without as expensive of prices.
