I like the pool in the middle of the property, but the walls between the rooms left a little to be desired; you could hear doors being slammed and people talking out in the hall. We also liked the balcony in front of our room. We had a nice stay.

Front desk staff took care of a problem that came up with our reservation, accommodating us in a bigger room. Hotel is huge, but it's going through a bit of change as it seems it is merging the hotel next to it to make it one larger unit. "Free Breakfast" is OK, but you might have to order something else to fully satisfy. (it's not a self-serve, its at a regular restaurant inside the hotel and you are given a voucher)

Staff makes the stay worth it!

The staff is very helpful and friendly! I had to be a bit of a Karen a couple times about dogs barking nonstop for 3hrs (I tried to give it time) and they tried to immediately take care of the situation. They were fast to respond to additional needs in the room as well.

Nice and comfortable!

Elko is a very small town in Nevada where Uber or Taxy is non existant. So the challenge is in reaching up to the hotel.Once you have arrived,you will be pleasently surprised by the ambience of this hotel whose complete groundfloor area is a Casino! The hotel appears to be a old property but the rooms are very comfortable. The brwakfast that was served the following morning in their outsourced restaurant wa excellent. Overall,had a grwat stay and will stay here again when I visit Elko again.

The advertisement and the pictures were very much nicer than it actually was. The bed was super worn out the first room I was given the television didn’t work. There was no vent at all in the bathroom. The shower looked dingy. The door to the room was pretty much raggedy, and the laminate flooring was kind of sticky and dirty feeling.

The hotel has not been updated in years. While I think the facilities and the room were clean, everything is so old it has a dirty feel. One elevator didn't work during my stay and the other was very slow and wasn't always in service. Bed sheets did not fit the bed and the pillows were child size. Can't say my stay was bad, but for the price, the hotel should be able to do better.
