Breakfast was not very good. Scrambled eggs overdone fried potatoes and bacon. Had to wait on staff to take care of us to get our plate squared away. Out of coffee had to wait 5 minutes for them to brew a new pot. This happened on both mornings when we were there feedback was the same for both nights. Shower liner didn't work properly had a flood basically when I got out of the shower. Informed roommate before they took a shower and same thing happened again. Not enough shelfing in the bathroom to put dopp bags, refrigerator missing a leg was unbalanced rocked the entire time. Pool was unavailable due to renovations.

I've stayed at various hotels in the Elko area on roadtrips over the years, but this is the first time I've stayed at Shutters. This place is a gem of a property, normal checkout time is noon, free breakfast served until 10am, real food cooked right in front of you, comfortable beds, clean rooms, and extremely friendly helpful staff. Hard to find a negative, wish the the coffee station in the lobby was 24 hrs and more options there.
