Loved it. Pool was great bed were clean and comfy. Loves the two bedroom and location

3rd time staying. Great location and suites. Had many issues this last stay. All reported. Communication gap betweeen front desk and building employees needs improvement.

Unfortunately we had a 1 day delay but this stay at hotel made a difference from the coldness inside the rooms to the free brekafast and coffee all day. Staff in front was super helpful and the rokms were clean

I would never stay here again. I feel misled by the reviewers who rated this place “wonderful”. It’s not anywhere close to wonderful. It’s an aging property that suffers from either indifferent management or poor labor, or both. The carpet in the hallways needs to be stretched. It has huge bubbles. My 4-year old tripped twice. Our room wasn’t cleaned well. Cabinets not cleaned, drawers not cleaned out, bedding with stains, poor maintenance/cleaning in the shower area. Hallways smell like smoke, dirty carpets, poor wall paint/wallpaper repair. The pool area gets about 3 hours of direct sun. The pool deck is in poor repair, th gates are rusted out, the pool tiles haven’t been cleaned in ages.
