Clean room, great breakfast options, convenient location 5 minutes from the airport and transit center. The gentleman at the front desk at checkin was very friendly and helpful. Free parking, board games, hot chocolate, hot tea and water bottle filling station in the lobby are all a plus. Very spacious lobby area. We loved the holiday decor, including all the employees stockings. Will be staying there again my next time in Vegas.

The woman who was working the front desk at night, I believe her name was Krisi, was extremely rude and unhelpful with a nasty attitude. She should not be working in the hospitality business. I have stayed at this hotel before and the manager is very friendly, however I will never stay at this hotel again due to that night attendant.

This hotel was such a let down after staying in the beautiful Hampton Inn in Anaheim. The room was smaller than most Hampton Inns. The breakfast bar and coffee machine was not kept up. If you wanted to sit a table it would need to be a dirty one. Little help restocking the items and cleaning up. I asked an attendant if half and half was available and she told me not to talk to her she was stocking the cups and napkins right now. I would not choose this Hampton Inn again.

This is a great tourist hotel. The room amenities are carefully thought out and appropriate and the room is spacious. Power points for charging devices are easily accessible and there are hooks for clothing right where you need them. Lots of parking. A plus!
