I have to admit that I thought this hotel was a little closer to the city than it is and I think it could almost be described as an Airport Hotel. That was actually fine as I booked it for a single night at the end of a long international flight and I was flying back out the next day. There is a shuttle service to and from the airport and this was a strong selling point. The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was an ample simple breakfast. I found the staff to be welcoming and had the opportunity to meet the General Manager, who was warm and friendly. I particularly liked the outdoor hot tub, which was open until 22:00. The staff allowed me a short extension to this time as I arrived at a late hour. This was appreciated

Great location & service!

Super friendly front desk every time we walked through the door or had a question over a 3-day period. Room clean, pillows & bedding smelled fresh. Typical breakfast for a Hampton Inn. Outdoor pool & hot tub but didn’t use due to temps & time restraint. Prompt, quick shuttle to airport Would stay again!

Overall not bad stay but I was not happy with beverages in lobby area during breakfast time. I like my coffee to be hot but they were serving cold coffee and when I asked the attendant can I have hot coffee she said you can warm it up in microwave.

Second time staying here and everyone has been kind. Rooms are clean. Everyone seems quiet even with kids. Traveled with a service animal and they have two grass areas now. Just wish other people would pick up after their dogs. Otherwise, it’s a clean property. Appreciate the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast is always great and area is always clean.

Exceptional staff and very clean hotel

The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very clean. The only problem we ran into was the shuttle service. It was confusing, the contact phone for the hotel provided was a fax number. When we call the number from the bulletin board at the airport it was to a different location and when ended up at the wrong hotel (same name wrong location) the staff was very helpful in correcting the mistake and we arrived only a half hour later than expected. All of this could have been avoided if we had a proper contact number from hotel.com app.

I was really disappointed that there EV charging wasn’t free. That you also had to download an app to use them. There isn’t much around the property to that your able to walk to in order to get food. We did enjoy the hot tub and the pool is heated . The rooms are nice. They are still currently remodeling. The breakfast was good had a lot of options. The staff was on personal phone calls and rushed the check in process to get back to the call. When checking out the same thing happen back it was with another employee. Over all wasn’t worth the price.

Everything was wonderful except the families with millions of kids that allow them to run back and forward in their rooms at 3 am in the morning or crying for 2 hours next door to us at 4:30 am for 2 hours. Other then that hotel was lovely and we loved the room, staff and breakfast.
