Initially, it took a long period of time for us to be checked into our rooms. The decor of the rooms were quite different than what was posted on your website (not as pretty and contemporary looking). When we were going to sleep the first night, we did not have comforters in either one of the rooms for the sofa-beds, so I called housekeeping and requested for them to be brought to us. I called at approximately 8:15 pm, and they did not arrive until 9:10 pm. We found long hair in the kitchen sink, as well as, long hair on the kitchen floor in one of the rooms. Also, on Thursday evening, we had kids banging on our exterior door several times throughout the evening. Lastly, upon checking out on Saturday, I requested to have a printed receipt of our charges, but was told that they could not provide one, because HOTELS.COM, who booked the rooms for us, would provide us with one via e-mail. Needless to say, our stay was not at all enjoyable!

Rooms were clean, safe, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and dishwasher. It is fully stocked with utensils, pots, kettle, dishes, dish soap, laundry soap. Would recommend.

The rooms themselves were pleasantly good to my surprise. I wasnt sure what to expect but i really liked how spacious our rooms were.. the check in was easy although there was a little wait but the only reason why i dont give 5 stars is because our room flooded. Lol! Thats a first for us. Anyways, the way it was handled would've been better but other than that, I would stay there again.
