The place is self contained and you really don't need to go anywhere. They do a free daily shuttle to a nearby Community Walmart for groceries. There is room service pool side service and parking. However, if you don't have a car then you are a long way from everything about Las Vegas.

Check in process was ridiculous. We had our daughters showcase for soccer, came in on a Friday and tried to check in 2 different time and there were lines ao long we had to leave to her games...By the time we checkin in it was after 10pm due to her games. We couodnt rest or het cleaned up. We had to get dressed in our cars which was ridiculous considering the price we paid foe our rolms......when we finally were able to check in i was told there were over 700 people trying to check in...and when i aksed for a late check out on Sunday they said no late checkouts. Checkout is at 10am! I travel weekly and i have never experienced such cahos or unorganized process to check into my hotel. The suites were okay. Very spacious. I wont be staying at the hotel again.

Great Property! Next door to South Point! I wish they had valet parking brcause it’s a large property and I’ve been spoiled with Valet parking’ Nut my overall experience was fantastic!!!

We love the staff, and their willingness to correct anything they could! That being said, between our 2suites, we found out how great the staff was because one blender, hot water in one soaker tub, and minor items needed fixed when found to not be working.

It is a beautiful way to travel and stay in a private safe high end condo. I did not like that the staff was always in you face and continuously judging - I don't care what the staff think of me and don't like being continuously judged, surveyed and accused of things. When I go to Vegas I sometimes drink "a lot" and sleep all day and over top and gamble a lot of money away and sleep by the pool and play poker til 6 am to win it all back. . . I'm not there to interact with cleaners, clerks, security or porters

If you are looking for low key, clean, quiet with all the amenities this is perfect. I came for a soccer tournament for my Son. He appreciated that there was no casino on premises and the pool area was awesome. I appreciated the clean spacious room WITH a washing machine and dryer included. Did I mention I came for a soccer tournament? Lots of soccer gear to wash, having these amenities was incrediblely convinient. Definitely will stay here for the next tourney.

Not clean, and not as promised.

I booked a 2 bdrm unit for a week through my timeshare company, as well as an extra night before for a family wedding in Las Vegas. I contacted the resort two weeks in advance and then a week in advance to make sure I would be placed in the same building as the rest of my party, I was not, even though at check in they said I was. Additionally, the room was covered in dust, overbooked resort so parking was a nightmare, Inadequate handciapped parking.
