Clean room, helpful staff. Beds were very uncomfortable and room service was impossible to get. Size of the room was wonderful and the large soaker tub in the bedroom was a bonus along with the large separate shower. Location to South Point for NFR activities was perfect!

The rooms that were reserved were not ready, they could not be later and was told take these or nothing. House keeping never came to clean or replenish towels during the three day stay. Parking was full and further away parking we dim and not well lit for safety.

We liked the size of our room however the tv remote did not work on one tv and the light next to the bed didn’t work either. They don’t clean your room every day which would have been nice. It was in a great spot to go to the roping competition we were here to see. It took a long time to check in which we didn’t appreciate.

The room was clean, but older so a few things were not in tip top shape. I enjoyed having the kitchen and laundry. The staff was friendly and helpful! The hotel got very crowded towards the end of our stay but overall we had a great experience. Thank you Grandview!!
