It’s great for family trips! The only frustrating part is the check out time @ 1000 and the usage of the elevator going down was so terrible. It took us almost an hour just to get onto an available elevator and worse, there was only 2 working at the time we were there. People who can’t stand long periods of time specially the elderly are at risk coz there is nowhere to sit. Aside from the long wait, there seemed to be no Airconditioning. Parking is also very challenging! Aside from those issues, it’s a great place to stay specially for long trips!

Tried calling the front desk and maintenance multiple times and never got through. Kitchen sink wasnt draining properly. Thermostat for the room was stuck at 79. I eventually got the thermostat fixed but the sink issue still remains

It was nice. Amenities were far away from the building we were in. We had a kitchen, but there weren’t very many kitchen supplies. Shower was weird, it only had full pressure on hot water. Warm water or cold water was only a Shower was weird, it only had full pressure on hot water. Warm water or cold water was only a trickle. My guess is because it was 110° outside. Overall, a good price for what we got.
