One of the employees stood out her name was candy. She was super nice very helpful. Very respectful if me and my family come back to stay honestly would be mostly because of her. Relatively quiet. Desk clerks were very nice. Housekeeping didn’t come back once they passed the room. Ice machine—needs a second one for 2nd floor & the one on the main level needs updated makes ice very slowly had to go to the office where they had a bag of ice to give me @ 9:00pm

The beds and pillows are outdated, the whole hotel needs to be remodeled, the rooms were worn and need new flooring, they gave us one room with no hot water to shower, later gave my mom another room after complaining, the staff there was excellent and friendly

When we checked in, they checked us under the wrong person and we walked into a single bed room for 4 people. I went back and they told me I booked a single bed room and then confirmed my name again to find they checked in the wrong person. We go to the right room and the power is out, which wasn’t the hotels fault. The room had hole in the bathroom door, blood stains on pillow case, brown stains on hand towels, and pubic hair on the side of the tub. I asked about the pool at check in and they told me where it was. My kids get dressed for the pool and go down to find the pool and hot tub empty with a sign saying they are renovating. That would have been something they could have told us when we asked about it at check in. The eggs were watered down and gritty. I will say the staff were friendly, but they were scattered and ill informed and the property was a mess. The area around the hotel was shady and not somewhere I would hang out at night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Out of all the hotels that we have been in in the last 2 weeks, this is the nicest one and the best breakfast they could ever have. Very clean, very nice front desk, people. Very nice housekeepers

Large clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast was cafeteria style lots of options. We had bacon and scrambled eggs from under the hot bins. The lady working the breakfast area was wonderful and kept the place nice and clean.
