We did not receive any cleaning services for two days. On the second day I ask the front desk about it and for clean towels. They said I had to request cleaning services. I was not informed of that when I checked in. They did give me fresh towels.

Well the tolilet bolts were very lose and the toilet was rocking sideways and front and backwards into the wall and also in the bathroom walls had missing chip paint and definitely needs to be repainted the ac. / heating wall unit needs repair or replacement it very noisy and the pool was not open and ready this very disappointing especially since it's an indoor pool not outside it should be ready to go 365 days a year unless it needs major maintenance or repairs also my wife and i had trouble with the shower to maintain a constant even comfortable temperature all the time the shower would get extremely hot and than extremely cold no matter how much adjustment we did wit h the hot cold mixer vavle im guessing this motel is 20 years or older and definitely needs a major overhaul in remodeling and repairs i reall do not think my wife and i would stay there again i wolld possibly like to get a phone call from the best western reap.
