The staff was friendly breakfast fine however the WiFi was up when I arrived on Thursday night but went down from early Friday morning and didn’t come back up by the time I left on Saturday. This was a huge inconvenience as I’m out of town and couldn’t connect with my children, family members and also missed a very important zoom meeting.

The condo was clean and comfortable, but the strong burnt wood smell from the restaurant below permeated the room and even lingered on my clothing. Addressing this odor issue (e.g., better ventilation or guest warnings) would greatly improve the experience

The price was reasonable through Hotels. Com. This is an all suite, no smoking location. Breakfast is included which is a hot buffet. On my stay there were eggs, sausage, and do it yourself Belgian Waffles. Along with fruit, yogurt, bread, bagels, and cold and hot cereals. They also had jelly's and butter and cream cheese. I had a studio suite with a king bed and convertible couch. There was a small fridge with a freezer compartment, a large flat screen TV and work desk. The bathroom had a large counter with a single sink and a tub/shower. No safe in the room. Comfortable room friendly staff. There was an outdoor pool, which I didn't use. There was an exercise room and a business room with I believe 2 terminals. I would definitely recommend this hotel !!

room 209, apr 7, 8, two nights Clothing closet door was stuck did not roll open/closed. Lamps had burned out light bulbs, bed area, maybe there was a wall switch i missed that activated lamp plugins. Bulbs we think were replaced. MAJOR ISSUE, as 80 yo solo traveler,, I urgently suggest that you have grab bars INSIDE the shower enclosure, that is probably a liability issue, people rotate in the shower to wash all sides of their bodies, Side issue, I try to leave money for the maids, got lost this time in rushed checkout, any way to find who cleaned 209 today apr 7, give then a $10 ( usually $5 but $10 is good, add to my credit card? I also like to drink milk. calcium for old bones, recommend you add a few pint sizes in your lobby cooler. Strong recommendation. Likely instant best seller for families... Obscure issue - the room was very chill 70 degrees when I walked in a/c is expensive, I expect you keep tje room cool to dehumidify, but a separate dehumidifier, or new thru wall unit with dehumid option would save money and be greener ( eco and money ) twice same goal, non -humid room More cranky, - I like a footstool to keep legs elevated (I form blood clots) when doing computer work at the desk, I improvised something. but maybe a new piece of furniture?
