Guests have a spacious two bedroom apartment as pictured. Outside, there is a shared seating area, picnic area and wash room.

This charming little apartment building is sitting between a Gothic church and Old Dillard museum. Located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Dorsey Riverbed is an established, historic neighborhood.

Walking is definitely an option and the scooters come to the neighbourhood when they`re operational. There`s plenty of buses and parking and ride shares. If you stay a while, will get you a bike.
No smoking indoors. Remove all trash upon checkout. Report any problems immediately. Observe quiet times 10 pm to 8 am. No guests allowed after 10 pm.
