We arrived to check in 11:00 pm , and check out at 4:00 am , only a few hours. Evertthing its ok , but we ask at front desk for a taxi, and Í believed and trust , and waiting at the lobby for the taxi , and the taxi never come, and I went late to the AirPort, I decided down load Uber Apps I am not very sybernetic with the app , but I request the uber . Finally its done. The hotel personnel dont worry about my situation . I think the sleep at the back ok the front desk.

Room was nice for a night after our cruise before flying home the next morning. Was disappointed that the pool was shut down (was not noted when reserving). Even if there would have been lounge chairs outside we could have layed out on would have been nice. Left before breakfast was served so no review on that. Wish it wasn’t a cashless hotel. Needed change and none available.

The hotel needs an update. The toilet didn’t work even after the plumber came up. No sheets on the pullout couch. Had to ask 3 times and go down to pick them up. Tractor trailers parked all over the property. Didn’t feel safe.

Pool closed and not infirmed at booking, i would have gone elsewhere. They could have brought lounge chsirs out to grassy area. I v was told i could still sit near pool but locked up. Air conditioned did not cool. Bed was horrible!!!! My door handle fell off in my hand! Will probably never vook there again.

Unsatisfactory experience. The service was subpar. They provided another guest with my room key. I was in my room when someone entered using the key. My keys were repeatedly deactivated. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Shuttle was good, I did have a fire alarm on my first night, at 3:00am I was on the 6 Level, I work up in panic mode walk down 6 Floors waited until it was ok to go back up the my Room, walk up 6 Floors. That morning I asked Front Desk what was the cause, It turned out to be a false alarm. The Clerk promised me a free night from my 4 night stay, I emailed mailed the Manager twice and I have not gotten a reply from her, nor have I gotten any free night. Now why promise a guest something and not flow up on it. Very disappointed.

For some reason, every evening I return to the room, the room keys would not work. I’d be back and forth to the front desk trying to get assistance taking up to an hour for resolve. Very frustrating but I understood it wasn’t the staff’s fault.

Waited over 1 hour for shuttle at airport.. Went to restaurant near by that they dropped 12 of us off....called numerous times over an hour period. Finally hired a couple ubers. Get back to hotel, both shuttle buses sitting in parking lot. Breakfast was not good. Broken toaster took forever to toast bagel. Would never recommend to anyone or stay here. Rooms were not that clean. Ice machines on every other floor....very unconvenient. One elevator for whole biilding....wait time long.
