Upon checking in everything seemed fine. Nothing great, nothing terrible. Went to the elevator and that’s when you see the sign the pool is closed. Not when booking, not even at the front desk checking in. After you’ve paid! Fine, we will rearrange our plans and not have a pool day. Get up to our room and the lock bolt kept popping out. So you couldn’t shut the door from the outside. You had to wrap your arm around the door to turn the handle in order for it to go back in. Called maintenance, and he didn’t seem like it was a problem. Was basically told to just deal with it. Again, fine. Not the worst issue to have, just annoying and hope it actually opens when we try to get in. The next morning we go down for breakfast. Very minimal options. I at least got my coffee, we’ll go out for breakfast. The carpet in the room felt gross. Is it wet? Grimy? The last day came, icing on the cake. Bugs in the bathroom. Nope! Not fine.
Spoke to the front desk and was told a refund would be given for the inconvenience. I emailed the manager, as I was told to, with picture proof. No response. 10 days later, still no response, no reverse transaction in my account.
