The staff is very courteous and helpful. The decor is a little old fashioned but the room was clean, which matters more than decor. The complimentary airport shuttle is a great help. The reason I haven’t given five stars is that on two occasions the card would not open my room door and I had to trudge back downstairs to get it reprogrammed. This was a little annoying.

Very pleasant next to a lake with nice birdy wildlife much in evidence. Large bedroom, comfortable bed, decent bathroom. Breakfast was pretty good for a help yourself arrangement. Check-in was very efficient. It was about 9 am and our room was available so we were able to access it immediately. That made a great difference to our plans for the day.

Check in at 3pm We had to wait to check in due the supervisor having to check the room(suite), which made it a little inconvenient as I was late for work. Please ensure that the housekeeping staff move couch to clean under. There was trash present. Other than that everything was good.
