Very-very-VERY dirty, roaches are everywhere, super stinky, the hot water is brown in the beginning, the breakfast is awful, but the location is nice and close to IKEA and Sawgrass Mills Mall.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The property was not properly maintained and appeared unclean throughout. There was a strong, unpleasant odor in most areas of the building, with the exception of the lobby. The walls had visible holes, and the carpeting was heavily soiled. During my stay, I observed several guests check in and then leave shortly afterward due to the conditions. Unfortunately, the hotel declined to provide refunds to those guests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. Rate was cheap for the area. Rooms were run down, rust on door jams, bleach stains on the carpet. Breakfast was bagels, toast, cereal, eggs, coffee and juice. All that, for ths price I would deal with this hotel for the price. HOWEVER, we come to the issue of the check in kiosk. You talk to a person who is who knows where. It went fine. Having a kiosk isnt in itself the issue. The lack of seeing a staff person the entire 3 days of our stay felt unsafe. Plus made it impossibls to get assistance with extra towels etc. But the main issue was that it felt unsafe to not have someone, anyone, in the hotel keeping an eye on the area. If that were changed i would stay again.
