From the moment my daughters and I walked in, we were greeted by B.E. with such a warm and genuine welcome that instantly set the tone for our stay. That first impression carried through the entire trip — the atmosphere, the service, and the attention to detail were all top‑notch. The food was fantastic, housekeeping was impeccable, and every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I like that when i walked i was greeted and i was given my keys. My privacy was respected. The suite cool. The lotion i tried was really good. About 2 days in row the elevator took 10 to 15 minutes to work. I had to pay for parking but i was not aware that i had to tell staff that i had to return my rental and i would have been charge for days of parking and not the 1 day i was parked there.

The front desk staff were fantastic. However, for a hotel as huge as it is, there is only one elevator working for a day. I had to wait 25 minutes to get to the first floor. The lobby, amenities, and ballrooms have been completely redone. However, it is very obvious that the rooms are stuck in the 80s. Musty smelling
