there is really nothing good to say. water was turned off with no notice. Bugs in the bathroom. At check in the person was hard to understand and not helpful at all. i would NOT recommend this to anyone.

The staff were very nice the one I’m only able to talk to checking in. However, place were not pleasant at all especially for the amount that I paid. Our room floor was dirty they still have melted ice on the bucket from whoever stayed there last time. Ice room /laundry were sort of filthy. I feel so bad for the staff I talk to to sound like she was so busy no one is ever on the counter you have to call them.

First of all we did not “stay” here. We checked in and then viewed the room. Upon entering the room we were hit with a strong odor of urine. We were part of a group we had all booked rooms here (5 rooms total). Everyone had a grievance with the property, bugs, smell, cleanliness and above all safety. Tweakers staying at the property and the top floor of the property was closed off and the upstairs walkway appeared very unstable. As if it could collapse at any moment and seriously injure someone. Needless to say all of us in the group had checked out and stayed at another hotel.

when we got there they were unlclogging the toilet in my parents room. then when we got ino our room it smelled like sewer. the door had been kicked in and the door lock did not get replaced. you can see through the deadbolt and the door latched when the door is closed. all of the upstairs were boarded and looked very unstable. The room they gave us was the room my niece was in and she got moved out of because of bed bugs 20 minutes before we got there. we had 7 rooms booked and we all had to check out at the same time after an hour. not sure how this place is up to code.

Bed bugs, hair in the bathroom. 2 story was under construction as it was deteriorating and could collapse anytime. Worse of all is the bed bugs! My party and i check in 5 rooms and we all left within an hour to find another stay. Front service guy was disrespectful and think we are lying until we took him to the room and shown the bed bug crawling. Giving another room but giving my other family the same room with the bed bugs!!! We will be disputing to get our refund. Stay away from this place!

The rooms are a decent size which we liked. Other than that, we had to fidget with the dead bolt on our door to lock it, sometimes it would just unlock by itself, don’t think it’s aligned very well…the floors in the room needs to be mopped, our bed sheets felt dirty and we kept finding what looked like dead gnats on our bed. The bathroom sink started draining REALLY slow the day after we checked in. The fridge is not cold at all even on max. And we had a huge ant problem on the dresser and microwave. The place is a little run down, the parking lot could use a re-pave and their pool was totally drained out.

Worst "Quality" I have ever stayed at! Most are good or better ... this wasn't. Even check in was "Odd". (personality / communication / info and very different key return policy ) Zero upkeep, even weeds growing in the VERY torn up parking lot. Curtains hanging on just a couple hooks, security latch on door only 1 part installed. zero amenities

Cheap, but is that worth the savings?

1. Toilet commode was throwing up - and the plumber need to be called to fix 2. Washing basin was leaking and unable to be used for the whole period of stay. 3. Pool was advertised - but had NO water and hence a lot of plans that we had was destroyed
