Bad experience

The hallways smell too much of smoke

Very nice location, great service, abd property.

The property is lovely, clean and the staff are beyond wonderful! The location is great and the area appears fairly safe. The only complaint that I have is the bed was sinky with the bed springs pushing into my body. Also, the pillows are some of the worst that I have experienced in the hotel sector. As much as I loved the property and staff, I would not stay here again because of the man eating mattress and uncomfortable pillows.

There isn't much The Dana doesn't do well. The staff all work very hard and are as accommodating as possible. The Firefly is a fantastic on site restaurant. The grounds, the shuttle, the rooms, and the staff, keep You wanting to return.
