We did not have a coffee maker in our room. We called and requested one. It was brought to our room fifteen minutes later. Once we figured out which outlet worked, we had coffee and tea on our balcony. Super! Perhaps you might check the electrical in room 554?

Most everything was good, however we would have liked to enjoy the jacuzzi at the Bay Tower, but it was under construction so we had to take the shuttle to the main hotel to use their jacuzzi. Also the pillows on the bed are too soft, they have no support, it would have been nice to have a more firm-support pillow.

This hotel, from the check in to the room details, has surpassed my expectations! The staff make me feel so valued and appreciated and the room is clean, spacious & well appointed. I may never stay at any other hotel again of all the Sheratons are as nice as this

The hotel has seen better days. The North Tower is in need of a complete renovation. The carpet was frayed and the room had a strange odor, emanating from the closet. The hall carpet was never vacuumed during our four day stay. The "resort fee" is ridiculous. $36 for the use of a pool -- standard in most hotels -- and an outdoor fire pit. Really? Parking at $56 per night is ridiculous. (There is a public lot across the street, with $10 per day parking, weekdays.) All in all, it was overpriced and seriously underwhelming. I'd stayed before and it was lovely. Not now.

I sent my son there and paid for the room on my credit card. They refused to charge the $200 deposit to the credit card and made him pay for it with his debit card kind of crazy when they had my credit card to pay for the room little disappointed.

The outlet between the beds was never working, and the checkout experience was terrible. We went to the front desk at about 8:30-8:45 and asked for the one person at the front desk to call maintenance so we could tip Santiago, one of the engineers who was SO VERY helpful during our whole stay and the front desk employee WOULD NOT HELP AT ALL. He was rude and dismissive and refused to call Maintenance.
