I usually enjoy staying here because the staff is always so nice. I buy things and put the charges on my room, never a problem. This stay, not only was the front desk staff not personable, but they offered no explanation in regards to policy changes. Just, "no we don't have your card on file" which is a lie, because i gave that at check in. I am no sure, but the politeness, the smiles, that I'm used to weren't there. When i went to pay for my extended stay/addional night i was told "We're sold Out". Although i had spoken to two staff prior requesting the extension. One was too busy to discuss it as she had a line in the lobby and would "get back" to me, the other never made the reservation.

During our six day stay. Got fresh towels and beds made twice (fresh sheets?). No sign of the room being cleaned. Needs a deep cleaning (dust build up, tub needed to scrubbed). I was not expecting to pay a $100 deposit after paying a daily pet fee.

Paying for parking isn't normal when staying at a hotel. Especially for a Wyndham hotel. We would have chosen another hotel. Also rooms could use a face-lift.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. My room was in very back of complex above a parking area, piles of debris and old furniture all over. Transients walking around. Bathroom fixtures extremely loose and don’t fit connections. Just a poor stay overall.
