We are a group of 12 booked in two rooms. For a one night stay, it was very convenient for us, from the airport with free shuttle, free breakfast. Clean, safe, convenient, quiet and affordable.

Disappointing staff

3 loud pre-teens in pool for several hours. Swearing every other sentence. Ask to stop the foul language multiple times and it became more frequent. Reported this to front desk to 2 different staff. Finally Juan came out and ask them to stop or leave the pool. They did not and he said he could not make them. Calling adults names and continued to swear. Ask Juan to get their parents and he did not. We ask who else we could talk to and he said no manager available. We (4) adults left pool quite disappointed in the hotel staff.

Pool and outside facility was wonderful. Easy check in, let us go to our room early. Provided transportation to the restaurant that we wanted to have dinner at and came back and picked us up.

Stayed 1 night had a room that had a pull out couch, kitchenette and bedroom with 2 queen beds. Nice room but could use an update in the bathroom area. Beds were comfortable. The pool area is small and there is come construction going on in that area. The location was great as it's a quick walk over to Epic Theatre and a few restaurants. Downside is ontop of your stay, there is a $17 charge for parking. They do offer free continental breakfast and free shuttle to the airport. Both which we did not partake in as breakfast started at 7am and we had a rental car.
