The Ibis budget Heathrow central is nothing like it used to be when we last used it probably 2 years ago. It has deteriorated very badly & not enough is being spent on maintaining its facilities. Room is very basic. And not very clean. Only one chair in double room. No tea or coffee supplied (you now have to pay for both) The kettle supplied looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. No where to put your suitcases, other than on the floor or on bed. Staff not very helpful, unless you wanted to pay for extras. In the the end I demanded a refund & left, went to another hotel.

Clean, but very small rooms. Ideal for a single night at the airport.

Breakfast was not very pleasant. Only one waitress and guests expected to eat from the buffet. I am unable to help myself because of mobility problems therefore I was a long time being served.

The airport shuttle was easy from the hotel. It was a short walk from T4 to the hotel and the underground train.

Travelling via the Heathrow pod was good but too easy not to pay. Access to the hotel needs to be more secure. No reception as such in some areas not secure. Good for overnight stay before flight

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff, great location with Hatton cross tube station across the road.
