Very, very professional, respectful and gracious staff. Walking distance to the Hollywood bowl. Clean modern room with big refrigerator microwave and coffee maker. Little café downstairs. I could not believe that something so well priced and so well cared for it was so close to the Hollywood bowl, and also walkable to Hollywood Boulevard very impressed in the staff seriously was first class and I stayed at all five star hotels Very very impressed

My stay at this property was great. The room was really nice and clean. We received a free room upgrade which gave us a view of the hills and Hollywood sign. The customer service from the staff was amazing. They were really helpful and attentive and they anticipated your needs before you even ask. I would definitely recommend booking this place. It’s right across the street from the mall and other shops as well.

Hotel was in a great location for walking Hollywood Blvd and getting to the Hollywood Bowl. The staff was great from the valet to checkin. The room was perfect and the beds were comfortable after a long day.

Gorgeous design and spacious rooms. We were on the 16th fooor so had epic views. Cleaning of the bathroom could have been more thorough and we arrived to empty shower gel and conditioner.

We loved it here - we especially appreciated that is was walking distance to the Santa Monica pier!
