Forced $45/day vallet parking is a scam. The included breakfast requires a forced $5 gratuity that has an additional tip line on the receipt. The rooms look clean, but as soon as you move anything you notice the years of dust that piled up and have not been cleaned. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked requiring a 5+ minute wait each time we had to go somewhere. The views from the restaurant are amazing.

One elevator works for the entire building. One day they shut off the water for 2 hours. The next day they had a 5 hour long fire alarm test, you just couldn't rest. Then they shut down the elevator. Although we had booked a month in advance, they did not inform us of these issues till we reached there. Bath fittings came off, the bed was so soft we couldn't lie flat. The only good thing was the view from the restaurant. And although it say breakfast is included, there is a compulsory $5 service charge to eat.
