Honest review.

Terrible front desk service. Everyone is disrespectful and doesn’t try to help you. They don’t go over charges or bill, they immediately want you to pull out your card without them going over anything. The bedding smelled like mold. The only nice people were the house keeping people/cleaning crew.

The view from 905 was beautiful. We even watched a parade from our balcony! The staff were very helpful and nice! The Mac nut pancakes downstairs at Eggs n Things were delicious! Glad I went close to opening time 6:09am because I got a seat right away. By 8am there was a line out the door.

Overall loved it! Staff was friendly. They had beach towels that you were able to use and return at the end of the day. Parking was unfortunately full during our stay but they had us park at another parking garage a couple streets down. Would stay again.

Nice hotel, a bit on the older side with small rooms and a tiny bathroom but a cozy choice for a budget traveler still wanting to have the Waikiki experience. Would definitely suggest the ocean front room option on the highest floor possible (there are 14 floors) because otherwise the experience would have been different. Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Would stay again.

Location is great but room is really, really small. 2 double bed room is good for 2 medium size people. I feel like not rested during my vacation.
