We were very happy with our stay at this Waikiki Banyan unit. The reservation and check-in/out processes were straightforward and hassle free. The documentation provided with the unit facilities (appliances, parking, etc.) were detailed and thorough.The unit itself was nicely appointed, clean, and well-maintained. The kitchen had ample glasses, dishes, cutlery, and small appliances, which made our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the additional linens and towels.We were aware beforehand of the recreation deck construction occurring on the same floor, but did not find the noise intrusive, and it was certainly limited to reasonable daytime hours. The unit is on the far side of the tower, so shielded from most of the work, but someone who's very sensitive to noise should be aware of when the construction will be complete.I found the management company to be excellent and quick to respond to inquiries that I made before and during our stay.Overall, we would love to return to this unit and would highly recommend it. The building and its location is very convenient for anyone staying in the Waikiki area.

All You May Need

I stayed for about 5 weeks. If I wasn't so busy with work I would have enjoyed it more. Location is pretty great, never than a short walk to delicious food, awesome shopping, and beautiful sandy beaches. I love that the room had a stacked washer and dryer, full kitchen, a small lanai to breath in some fresh air. The air conditioner works good, another important thing to me.

Location is great. It could use new mattress ,recliners , but still ok. Well stocked kitchen. Like that same floor as pool, hot tub , barbecues .

Beyond Expectations

The property exceeded my expectations. The property management was fully professional, always accessible and helpful. The unit had a more than a full complement kitchen, cleaning and other equipment. Free parking is a huge plus and the location on the 6th floor make it easy to access the pool, barbecue and common areas.
