We had a very nice adjoining room with our friends on the 17th floor. Great views of skyscrapers and ocean. Rooms very comfortable, good air conditioning. Very clean hotel with very nice and helpful staff. Parking available but is tight. It’s manageable and convenient but would not work for large SUV's or trucks. Only suggestion for hotel is to provide grab bars in tub shower.

The bathroom was very small and the bath towels were shedding. The amenity fee is too high for the few amenities they offer. The coffee is only decent. The gym is small, but effective. The “outdoor” pool and hot tub are small and not covered so they can’t be used when there is rain.

I go to Oahu often and like to try out a different hotel every time I’m in town. This was my first stay at Waikiki Malia and it was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and just as pictured online, and the location is great with many food/shopping options close by. I would definitely consider this hotel for my next visit!

The room was kept clean, the location was perfect! It was near an abundance of restaurants and stores. Most things in Waikiki area were walking distance from the hotel. Very convenient and the staff were great! Would definitely recommend!

The staff wasn’t really that accommodating or nice and the property and rooms just seemed a bit dated. I’m not really sure how they have 4 stars. The bathroom had paint peeling everywhere and rust plus the shower was clogged so it was a pool up to your ankles which feels nasty and you have to wait quite awhile for it to go down before the next person can shower if you are with friends. Will not be booking again
