Great place to stay easy access

My solo trip experience was quite relaxing. I will say I think my favorite feature had to have been in the pool because I definitely spent way too much time to flopping around like a little kid.

We will be back if we have to fly out of charlotte again. It was super easy to get to and from airport with shuttle.

Parking lot is not that safety.

Rebecca at the front desk is truly exceptional! I had some issues over a few days, and she went above and beyond to ensure my next room was perfect. She genuinely made up for the lost sleep and inconvenience caused by the toilet, sink, and missed room service. Rebecca was incredibly pleasant and attentive, making me feel valued and never rushed. She's the main reason I chose to extend my stay with Hilton. She's a tremendous asset, and I'm so glad she's the first person I encounter when I arrive. Because of Rebecca, I have rated this so much higher.
