Room was great, bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were very friendly and gave recs on things to do/places to eat. Loved the location. Breakfast was good every day that we ate there. Only complaint would be water pressure in the shower, randomly went down low a couple times. Would definitely stay here again!

The Rockwell Inn is in a fantastic location—very close to Jackson Square and easy to walk everywhere. The front desk staff was extremely nice, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, which really stood out. We did have a couple of small issues. Housekeeping attempted to enter our room twice before checkout (around 7:30 a.m. and again around 9:30 a.m.), even though checkout wasn’t until 11:00 a.m., which was a bit disruptive. Our shower also had a slow drain. That said, overall we had a great stay. The heated bathroom tiles were a wonderful touch and made the experience feel extra comfortable. Aside from the minor issues, we really enjoyed our time here and would stay again.
