Quality hotel with great staff!

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times visiting family in the area. We really like the hotel. It is a great stay especially considering the area. Quality hotel with great staff.

Liked-nothing really stood out. I did like the OIKOS yogurt despite a weak breakfast. Dislikes--Bedding and bed were not up to Hilton brand standards. I like what Hilton does with great beds and bedding. No extra blanket in room. Key card reader on door was very difficult to use and often did not read my key card. Sliding card reader is very old tech and should be replaced with something easier to use. Room 218 had no Do not Disturb sign in the room.

Pool was closed the sign said closed for the season. A inside pool closed for the season just doesn't set well with me plus I picked the hotel mostly because of the inside pool. Had it stated some technical issue I wouldn't have felt negative about it.

Indoor pool is “closed for the season “. Only reason we booked this hotel and my kids were severely disappointed. Offered no discount because they disclose it in the small print.

The staff here are nothing short of excellent. Very friendly and super accommodating. Each night they greeted and chatted with me at the front desk making me feel like I was coming home as opposed to a hotel. If I ever find myself within fifty miles of this hotel and needing a place to stay, I will definitely be choosing here.
