The environment is a good environment, but the they do not clean your room while you there and they do not give you towels unless you go to the front desk and requested. I was there from Tuesday to Sunday and they did not clean my room at one time and every day I had to go and request that

The good: The pool was nice, however fairly unruly with no supervision. The proximity to the beach is nice. Original room was nice The bad: They placed us in our room that we booked online. At about 6pm you could hear there was a party next door. We shared one of those inner doors with them so we could hear it well. We anticipated this would be a problem if it kept going, so we asked the front desk what should we do if the party went late. They told me that at 10pm we will send security up to resolve it. At 10pm the party was a bit more rowdy, and we needed to put our kids to sleep. We called the front desk, they said they would send someone up. Nothing happened, we didnt hear a knock on their door. At 10:30 I called again - this time a different manager answered the call. He said that they sent a security person up but he didnt hear anything. I Went out in the hall hear them without even standing by the door. I asked him if he could change our room, and he asked me to come down to the desk. So I did, as I was leaving to walk to the elevators I could hear the party in the room all the way down the hallway. I dont know if anyone else complained. They moved our family to another room. I was told it was an upgrade, and it had an ocean view where ours did not, but we went from a king suite with separating rooms to a single room with two queen beds. I booked that room specifically for the privacy and having 2 tvs. Come to discover that the new room had no hot water.

I absolutely love the customer service that I received. Erik is a 10 star representative of this company. You can’t beat the view and the cleanliness of the property, the convenience of the bar and restaurant downstairs, and the huge pool plus hot tub highly recommend!

Best Hampton Inn Stay Ever!

Steve at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. Very accommodating and we really enjoyed speaking with him. The pool was perfect; the rooms were clean. The very best part of our stay was the air conditioner actually kept the room cold. Great night's sleep. Poolside was a relaxing Fathers Day treat.

We have stayed at this location on several occasions. This time, the facility was significantly run down and the staff was absolutely rude the entire time we were there. Also, the breakfast buffet is normally pretty good but it was very lacking this time. Every time I went for coffee, it was empty and they would get crappy when I asked for some. The location is good and we love the beach but this hotel has definitely gone down hill over the past year.
