Parking lot was safe. Pool was closed. Rooms need to b deep cleaned. Sat down in the bath tub and got grossed out. Instead of having a nice hot long relaxing soak in the tub. I had a quick shower that was depressing. Soap scum in the tile grout. Some blak gunk under the shower controlls. And the tub spout is dripping water on the back side. Im a plumber and in my opinion. Its prolly soaked in the wall and a good possibility of black mold. I slept like crap cause something in the room was congesting me. Maybe mold? I dont no. Woke up with puffy eyes and a plugged nose. Nice place tho. Just being honest

Lovely area right on the lake, nice grounds, and large unit and helpful staff. We had a issue with coffeeemaker bath towels and shower soap and all were delt with right away. Parking charges always upset me and a resort charge in autum when you are only sleeping at the resort and not using the lake, pool, or any of the other resort features also the walkway and dock are locked off so you cant use them.

We had to pay $15/night for parking. The Expedia app said it would be free upon booking. Also was not charge resort fee so that was nice as we didn’t plan to use amenities for the one night we stayed. Wasn’t too disappointed by $15 parking as it’s half of what resort fee would’ve been. But still surprised we had to pay for parking.

Location is superb with beautiful waterfront views. The dining room/lounge is elegant and appealing but the food quality is mediocre at best. The room furnishings are worn and dated, likely 20 years old.

There was movie or something being shot at the property so there was limited access to the amenities. The hot tub was not very clean and there were no towels, even after the requested from the front desk and they told me they be delivered right away. Overpriced for the quality of room.

Beds and bathroom felt clean. I think our unit needs a new dishwasher. Very dirty down beside the washer/dryer. It could stand new carpet in the living room and definitely a paint job. I don't think anyone cleans the windows on the outside. It's just that when you pay that much money for a stay, you expect a bit more. The staff was great, so friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful. They were filming a movie when we were there so parts of the hotel and amenities were shut down at times. The crew of the movie were very nice and it was kind of cool watching them.

Indoor pool was under construction which we didn't know when booking. Outdoor kind of cold to go into pool. Otherwise overall experience was good.... beautiful view of lake and mountains. They arranged nice surprise cake for my mom's birthday, which was nice. Thanks
