Homeless people outside of our room. We had a pet friendly room so I had to walk my dog outside at night and there were a lot of homeless people walking around and at times sitting on the property. Very noisy. Some workers were using a wood chipper outside our room at 9am and when we complained to the front desk, the girl working did not seem to care. Though the room initially was clean, we asked for a room clean part way through our stay and our bed was made up with dirty sheets again.

Stairwell smells like booze and pop. Elevator is slow Can’t roll luggage cart directly to my door as this hotel has stairs on the quest room hallways. Checked in with 2 bikes but wasn’t told until checked out that I wasn’t allowed to have my very expensive bikes in the room. Won’t be booking this property again

A long lineup for check-in and had problems when nearing check out as key Fobers stopped working and we had to go all the way down to the desk for a new Fober.

This Ramada is TRASH, STAY AWAY!! GO TO SANDMAN. First of all, I came here expecting a pool for my 7 year old daughter. They had it closed. Second of all. We booked 2 nights but got there late so the second day after a 9 hour drive from Calgary i was awakened to guys ripping the roof apart and throwing it into a bin. It was really loud. The construction started at 9am and we received a notice at 11am saying this was happening. Third of all, i caught a crackhead trying to break into my car and almost caught an assault charge. The worst vacation experience ever. We should have stayed at the sandman 20 feet away. They have security and a Dennys. This Ramada is trash

The Hotel is walking distance to mall , restaurants and few minutes drive to water front . Place is old , there’s a rip on the sofa/chair and visible stain . We found used cigarette in chair crevece and hairs on the beddings . The fan in the bathroom and aircon were noisy . Bathroom appears clean and pillows were comfy .

The pool was cold. There were tiles missing at one corner of the pool, which is a safety concern. The pool water looked dirty. A couple of inches above the water level on the tiles was dirty and grimy and you could see that kids scratched their names in the dirt.

Room was pretty clean, staff good, building outside and inside need reno, really old and outdated, bed comfy, bathroom decent, carpet and wall paper needs refresh. For what we paid expected a bit nicer place.
