I was charged an upgrade charge for “ocean view” but the room itself does NOT have ocean view, it’s the hallway outside that has obstructed view . Also the staff was extremely rude and we had an item go missing and no one can help with that. The bartender at the pool bar was missing for like half hour. Came out looking disoriented and disheveled. The service all in all was terrible and the room leaves a lot to be desired. It’s a cheap motel disguised as a boutique hotel. I would never come again or recommend it to anyone.

They said not till 4pm. They gave me a room i front of the stage twith a band that played outside mt door all night. Gave us ear plugs to drown out the boise. No pool view. Just a blue wall. This was not what we ordered dor 300 a night fore.

The front desk clerk was very polite & attentive. She looked very presentable as well. The blueberry lemonade 🍋 was a perfect touch. The room was cute as a button!

Surprise fees, $15 for parking, $50 resort fee, Island outreach fee $2.54, Resort fee tax $2.50, resort fee sales tax $3.75 each and every, day they are worse than a rental car company! Plus my room toilet ran every 5 minutes, I went to the front desk and informed them that the maintenance person made an adjustment and said if that didn't fix it he would have to replace something. It didn't, I went back to the front desk and informed them, their solution was to have me change rooms. I was already unpacked for a two week stay, just fix the thing! (never got fixed so I kept turning off the water after use.) I had room service the first day, made my bed replenished the water and coffee. Then I did not see them again for three days so went to the front desk and complained and they were like "you want service every day?" Uh YES! Notice I said I went down to the desk each time because the phone in the room didn't work.
