First-time stay experience - 5-10m walk to Sloppy Joe's and the fun - 20-25m walk to Southernmost Beach, end of Duval - 10-12m to Mallory Sq. - Uber/Taxi required for Smather's Beach ($~20 each way) I usually stay closer to the action on Duval Street — either near the 900 block by Martin’s Restaurant (which is quite excellent) or around the 200 block by Sloppy Joe’s and Irish Kevin’s also quite excellent. This property is about a 15–20 minute walk from the 200 block. Do not forget to hit the hidden gem: "Shot's and Giggles Bar"" It's on the way to 200 block if you walk down Simonton. The hotel property itself is very clean and well maintained. My room was also clean, though somewhat dated. Still, everything was comfortable and in good order. What really stood out was the staff. They were excellent — friendly, professional, and very accommodating. I arrived before noon while moving between properties, and they gladly held my bags so I could get back out. Later in the day, they were also able to check me in about an hour early, which I appreciated. The front desk in particular was outstanding — super helpful and welcoming. Overall, a positive stay.

Very nice property. Staff was great. The property is close to all the action so you can pretty much walk anywhere you need to go. My only complaint is there was no microwave in the cottage.

A quick walk to Duval street from a safe, quiet location. He suites were semi private but felt like we were the only ones there and the same goes for the smaller pool right outside of our room. We will definitely stay here again and we will recommend this to our friends.

This property can't he beat! We stayed in a luxury cottage, which was spacious and private. The grounds themselves are gorgeous and the staff could not be more accommodating! Top notch all the way around.

We loved everything about the place, we arrived on Friday evening greeted well and showed us to our room. It was up a long outside staircase, I walk with a cane and noticed my difficulty in climbing the stairs and asked if we would like a room on lower part. We said yes and they found us a cabin the next morning and they even had someone come up and move our luggage for us which meant a lot to both my husband and Me. I will definitely stay there again.

Such a cool place! Had all the history you would expect from old town Key West. The pools were perfect on a warm summer day. Walkable to Duval and the waterfront. Great service from the staff, everything was great.

Amazing property, breakfast is included and there are 4 glistening pools to choose from. We got a great rate for the room and they didnt charge us a penny more (no extra taxes or fees!) The room was clean and cozy, and the staff was kind and accommodating. The only con is that parking is limited, do if you have a vehicle you may need to park offsite. Other than that, I'd give this place 10 stars if i could!

This is an amazing set of cottages that were originally lodgings for workers in a cigar factory. The rooms are all private feeling with lots of greenery and brick walkways. The 4 pools are open 24 hours. The breakfast and afternoon happy hour are a lovely amenity We rented bikes from the hotel for a very reasonable rate and had an amazing time!

We loved our trip. Staying at Simonton Court, was the best choice. The room was spacious and comfortable The breakfast in the morning was perfect and the pools were relaxing during the day. It was close to everything so we could walk around.
