Always love staying at the garden house. We have been to Key West 21 times (not that we are counting)This was our 5th visit here and as usual we loved coming back to see the best house manager around …… Sammy Miami! Can’t wait for our next visit.

Sammie and Dawson were absolutely awesome. The breakfast and pool area was nice. The room needed some attention. Dresser drawers and toilet seat were broken. The a/c struggled. The bed was lumpy. But otherwise enjoyed our time in Key West.

We were very disappointed in the Garden House. The room was small and not well appointed. The bathroom was extremely small and not well maintained. There was mold in the grout in the shower, rust marks on the shower tile where a shower caddy had probably previously hung and a rusty medicine cabinet. The paint was chipped and scuffed. I had no confidence that ant part of the room was well cleaned. I would never choose to stay here again nor would I recommend it for others.

The garden house was perfect, We had the best time! It’s walking distance from everything and the bikes you can rent are great! Breakfast was great and overall the place was quiet! Sammie and Katie are the best host, can’t thank them enough!

Great Stay

Really enjoyed our stay at The Garden House. Within walking distance to Duval St and many other things. Sammy and the resident dog Katie were great. Would definatly stay here again while in Key West.

The location of the property is absolutely excellent, within walking distances to most of the popular places. We were very lucky for finding a free parking spot just cross the street. The breakfast was decent and the staff services were excellent. The air conditioner was pretty loud though.
