Excellent room system. AC unit did not hang from a window but was outside on the lanai with hoses running into the room and then diffused. Very quiet and very efficient.

Ruben was very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival!!! Everything was clean all the staff would greet you as you passed by. The room was perfect and had enough space. If you come to Kaua’i, come stay at the Sheraton.

Room was great, amenities, staff, pool/beach were all awesome. The location was perfect, centrally located between north and south shore and getting to enjoy Kapa’a. We loved our stay and were bummed to have to leave.

You’re minutes from the Lihue Airport, making arrivals and departures effortless, yet it still feels worlds away from the bustle. Whether you’re spending a few nights before exploring the island or staying for a full week of rejuvenation, the Royal Sonesta balances resort luxury with local charm perfectly. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone seeking a classic Kauai experience with top-tier comfort and friendly service. I’ll definitely be returning.
