Excellent room system. AC unit did not hang from a window but was outside on the lanai with hoses running into the room and then diffused. Very quiet and very efficient.

Ruben was very welcoming and helpful upon our arrival!!! Everything was clean all the staff would greet you as you passed by. The room was perfect and had enough space. If you come to Kaua’i, come stay at the Sheraton.

You’re minutes from the Lihue Airport, making arrivals and departures effortless, yet it still feels worlds away from the bustle.
