Just amazing, a great experience for the whole family!

Good location for Kyoto station and for other buses and trains that go to certain tourist sites. Room was a good size, breakfast was high quality although the restaurant was not available without a 'group booking'. Self service laundry was very useful also.

Close to the station, Nishiki market, and Gion area. Many dinning option!

First, the hotel was clean and the rooms were very spacious. The staff were also courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet is not included in the room rate but was affordable and delicious. Furthermore, the private spa was AMAZING and a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel is right above a train station which is immensely convenient. It’s also one stop from Kyoto station. They also have bikes guests can rent for sightseeing. Overall, this was the best place we stayed during our Japan Trip. Will definitely rebook next time we’re in Kyoto.

Clean room with good space Close to the Subway. Good location. No complaints

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Very clean and the staff are very helpful and hospitable. I would definitely stay here again.
