The customer service is top notch at this hotel. They are kind, friendly and always anticipating your needs. Breakfast wonderful and great location. Quiet rooms, great gym. Would stay her again and highly recommend.

The door bell is awkwardly located and they closed the front pull in area which was a bit awkward for Uber drop offs, but the hotel is surprisingly sound proof for being across from a very busy SkyTrain station. Appreciated the 24-hr desk and hot breakfast. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, complimentary water greatly appreciated

Located in a good area. The staff was very ambitious, polite, and helpful. The room was appreciated, but the last night was very uncomfortable noise wise. Constant doors opening and closing could be heard even while sitting at the opposite end of the room on the bed. Better sound proofing could be added around the door. Everything else was appreciated in terms of detail and design. One more note, the lighting track on top of the bed headboard only seemed to have a switch on one side of the bed, and the switch was difficult to locate at first.

An excellent Holiday Inn Express, very well renovated, terrific world class Burnaby/Metro Center/by Metropolis Mall location in Greater Vancouver. Across the street from the Sky Train, which is easily accessible. Nice breakfast options and overall service, complimentary water bottles as you check in, etc.

The train and traffic was a little loud but nothing my earbuds couldn't fix. There was a faint beeping noise in the room that I couldn't find so maybe check that out. The bed and bathroom were clean and nothing was broken.
