The rooms are very tired and the beds are not comfortable at all. Also wasn’t aware that the parking was quite far away. I feel that the other ratings and reviews are not accurate at all. Not pleased as it was not at all worth what we paid.

The room was clean but dated. Definitely needed upkeeping. The bed was nice. The staff were nice as well. The breakfast was sufficient, definitely not gluten friendly. The lounge was not open for the evening we were there and staff didn't know why.

Everything about this night was amazing. The staff, the room, the valet parking. The thing that wasnt amazing is i paid for an premium room on the top floor to have a nice night our with my wife. Only to find out next door was a room with 2 kids. This alone wasnt the main issue. The main issue was these kids woke up at 5 am. Then they proceeded to run through the hallway screaming and slamming doors. This went on for almost 3 hours. When i spend over 250 dollars for a room i expext to be able to sleep in without screaming kids. I have been to meterra before and had an amazing time and up until now i would gladly go back after this experience im not sure thay will happen.
