Second stay at this hotel and we would sure stay again . From Navi and the reception team to the cleaning staff . Notthing is to much trouble for these guys. Rooms cleaned on request supplies replenished daily . Bus stops outside to Century Park and the for just 5.00 CAD you can get the 747 bus direct to the airport . Will stay again . Thank to all the team

Disappointed

We stayed for one night. The customer service was great, but the room and pool area were just okay. The room had some wear and tear on the furniture, and it just felt dark and dusty. The pool area was crowded. There's not really any space for you to sit amd watch tge kids, if there's a lot of guests. The air in tge pool area was so hot and humid, to the point where my kids didn't want to swim. I also didn't like tgat tge pool didn't have stairs but onky the railing with steps on the side. It could make it difficult for people with mobility issues to get into and out of the pool. The hot tub is really deep, and as a shorter person I couldn't comfortably sit without the water being up to my neck. I'm 5'4. As mentioned, the staff were really great, and tge hotel is in a great location, but for tge price we felt the room and amenities were just okay.
