The room was freezing and temp panel out of order, There was also a problem with hot water so cold showers only!
Hotel is well presented but basic facilities need some attention.
Room was clean and a decent size. And the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little on the smaller side but still perfectly useable. The shower was very easy to use.
Shocking from start to finish!
Scaffold all over the front of the building - told to keep curtains closed!
Tiny room, can’t even walk around the bed to the toilet. No facilities, bar or restaurant! Ridiculous amount of noise in the foyer, couldn’t even hear the receptionist talk! She looked embarrassed for us.
Electric cables left hanging in the outdoor stairs! No mention of any of this before booking! Overall, disgusting for the amount you were still asking for the room!
Very professional polite staff with great service. Excellent price. Not as impressed with the room this time compared to last stay. Bed was very uncomfortable with no headrest just a hard wall. Bedding also very basic and uncomfortable. There also was not tabletop surface around the sink in bathroom so had nowhere to put toiletries which was frustrating and inconvenient. Would definitely stay again but request for same room as previous stay.
Rooms are small, but this is standard for London so no surprise. Comfy room but struggled to get cold air from the air con, luckily the windows opened slightly to allow fresh air, which I feel is needed in hotels sometimes! Noise from the street but I managed to sleep well as the bed was comfy.

Very good price for a hotel so close to Euston anf Kings Cross stations. It was very clean throughout . Although the front was covered in scaffolding it didnt affect us as we were on the 5th floor . With the window closed there was very little noise from outside. The double room was a perfect size and had a nice modern clean decor. The shower wasnt very powerful but did its job. Excellent heating and air con. The only strange thing was the lighting . All the lights in the room were wither all on or all off. We couldnt idolate just the soft bed lamps. There was a hunming sound from above the wardrobe but we just ignored it. Our room was ready at 1230 so we were able to check in early which was nice. The staff on the desk didnt seem very welcoming on arrival or particularly friendly when leaving . We would definitely book this hotel again if the price was right.
Been staying for the last 3 trips easy walk from kings cross (10mins max) baggage drop off if room not available however it was ready at 11-30 am yesterday all good and we recommend to all
