Great Location
Lovely staff and great location only downside was room could have been a bit cleaner,dusty skirting boards and water stain needed addressing (painting)below window.
The staff we interacted with were nice and friendly we were even allowed to check in a little early. The room was very clean and had everything needed.
The only thing was we were woken around 4am the first night by the fire alarm going off for around 10 second but no mention of it or an apology from staff. The shower screen seems very small for the shower space and unfortunately means the bathroom floor gets quite wet.
Very nice hotel within easy walking distance from St Pancras Int'l. Very clean room and friendly and helpful staff. Lovely restaurant.

Very close to Euston train station. Close to markets any restaurants.
It’s close to a hospital so you hear sirens every 1/2 hour. Even with the window closed, I could hear them at 2 AM. My room was facing the street.
Great stay at the Ambassador. Check- in staff were excellent - very friendly & attentive. The bar staff were equally engaging.
Room was lovely, albeit not huge but had everything you needed included lots of clever storage and loads of sockets (amazing!).
Bed was huge and very comfortable.
Will definitely be staying here again!
Fab room, customer service could be a nit improved
Lovely room, clean, great location. However disaapointing cocktail (it was warm?!). We were also given only 1 keycard between 2 (adults) which then necessitated careful planning when i poped out for a morning walk and didnt wNtvto disturbe my husband, but had to leave hime with no lights or electricity. And then although check out is 12, got a knock on the door at 10 am when we were leaving. Felt rushed and pressured to
Vacate room on what we'd planned to be a relaxing morning. Disapponting end way to end our stay. Over very good value, clean and good location, but a few small tweaks would've made this really excellent.

Superb stay. Very comfortable, very clean, excellent service, attentive staff. Great breakfast. Features available like hair dryer ironing board, tea and coffee all there so made stay very easy. Also very close to Kings Cross and Euston. Definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros: Good condition, refurbished and clean
Cons: room was extremely small and with little space to leave personal belongings as well as missing a desk to work

Good hotel, a little cramped but typical london size and comfort
Property was close to St Pancreas International Station, about 7-8minute walk, close to lots of dining options, stores, room was clean, but very small, area is fairly safe.
Well... for a start I wasnt told about the £50 security deposit til I arrived to check in. And then was told i had to wait 5-8 days for it back. The fire alarm went off early Sunday morning waking us up, i understand these things happen so we went back to bed, only to be woken yet again by one of your staff knocking at our door wanting to clean the room. Bear in mind checkout was at noon and she knocked just after 9! The hotel is in a great location but sadly the staff let it down.
