Great location but….

Fantastic location for a long weekend in London. Short distance from Tower Hill tube. Great options at breakfast although you do pay handsomely for it. Service was excellent but our biggest disappointment was having paid £250 per night, we were given a bedroom on the ground floor with no windows. Very claustrophobic despite the size of the room and Very warm despite the air-conditioning. The latter tended to switch off halfway through the night which meant for quite uncomfortable sleeps.

Hidden gem in

Great amenities in the room, delicious breakfast which is cooked to order and restaurant quality and very helpful staff. Loved all the little touches like chilled water by the lifts and pillow spray by the bed. Brilliant location, very short walk to Tower Hill station but very quiet and tucked away.

3 night stay

The Hotel was lovely and staff excellent, we had a family room but the sofa bed was too bouncy and creaky and the double bed was very hard so didn’t sleep very well. The breakfast was ok, the hot food we ordered off the main menu wasn’t particularly tasty and eggs cold, so we just stuck to the continental breakfast buffet which again could have been better. Overall stay was good, but wouldn’t rate the breakfast.

Loved the property location, 10 walk from London Bridge Station, The Shard, Tower Bridge. The Restaurant at the hotel was great! Food was good and staff was friendly. The Hotel staff was very helpful and charged my portable charger and offered a plug adapter when mine did not charge my phone. Gym opened 24 hours. Loved the bathroom. The only thing I did not care for was the hard bed and too soft pillows. I did not sleep well, otherwise an excellent hotel.

Great property & service. I would stay here again!

Overall, a very nice property and we enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is the lighting in the bathroom. It wasn't great. Also, it would be nice to have an electrical outlet at each nightstand. Our room did not. Room service food was yummy and delivered fast! This is a great property, and within easy walking distance to the Tower Station tube stop.

Wonderful!!!!

I can only say wonderful things about our family of 3 stay at this hotel. The area is beautiful! Close to a train station. The customer service of every member I spoke too was flawless! They are happy to help and take care of your needs! I must praise Vhladimir, Jake and everybody at the front desk/reception , restaurant . Everybody 5 stars. The rooms are normal size, nice space bathroom with shower and bathtub, comfortable bed . We were very comfortable in our 2 double beds room. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!
