Stayed four nights, great location a few minutes away from the underground. Walking distance to London tower, bridge, and a few other site seeing attractions. Room was clean, staff were pleasant, just what we needed. Only downside for us is the AC was capped at a certain temperature and got hot at night. And the bed was a bit firm. Overall a great stay in central London.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this absolutely excellent lodging choice at a great price right in the heart of London. Upscale, clean, great staff and amenities, and just a short walk to the London Underground. My wife, friends and I thoroughly our stay at Apex City of London.

For the price, it was good value. The rooms are nice, bar is good and they have an exercise facility. It the business district and that is the vibe but on a weekend - it is quiet. Tube access is good not amazing (12 minute walk)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. the food and beverages in the restaurant were very good, and enjoyed the ambiance for gathering in the evening the lighting in the bathroom was not bright enough, and we had difficulty getting the a/c to work in our room

Great hospitality that started even before arrival! I initially booked a non refundable room for 1 adult and 1 kid. Later our plan changed and had to upgrade it for 2 adults and 1 kid. I contacted Expedia and they said since this is non- refundable reservation, I can’t simply pay the upgrade fee. I had to pay full fee as cancellation. I contacted the property directly and they were able to help we with just paying the price difference for upgrade. They also have great restaurant, amazing breakfast. Also super nice staff, particularly Robert who immediately connected with my son and become his friend :) Nice room, with Border snacks, galaxy hot chocolate, and Nespresso machine. Location is great, 5 min to tube, 10 min to royal exchange and london tower.
