Excellent value for money

The staff were super friendly and approachable with smiles. They looked happy which Is a positive too. It was clean, andwe were happy with the room, a bath and shower was a bonus.

Expedia Gold Member, not offered upgrade although they were available, was not given drinks tokens until I asked. No discounts offered. Asked for credit card on file but no money will be taken out, £50 was taken out. And refunded 3 days later. Room was small, but clean. Good quiet location are the positives I guess. Staff were friendly apart from my initial receptionist who offered me none of my perks. Won’t be staying again

The hotel suited our location requirements and overall was friendly and clean. We stayed in one of the king balcony rooms which was great but the mattress was very uncomfortable. For the price of our stay this was extremely disappointing.

Stayed here Valentines weekend. Lovely hotel room. Modern and clean. Staff very helpful and complimentary glass of prosseco or orange juice on arrival. Think due to valentines. The staff were accommodating and the location is perfect. The only downside to it was how cold the room was. I mentioned it but it never got sorted. That doesn’t change the lovely time I had. Would visit again

Birthday treat

Amazing stay. I booked this as a surprise for my husband’s birthday and it did not disappoint! The staff were friendly and the room was gorgeous and comfy. It was lovely and quiet but convenient for getting around London. We were upgraded to a suit and given 2 free drinks vouchers and chocolate. The big bath and shower was a treat, especially with sanctuary products. The breakfast was delicious and very generous for the money! I would definitely book again!

Great hotel near Liverpool Street

This is an excellent hotel. We were there on a weekend which meant it was quiet. We were offered a free upgrade. The room itself was lovely, really clean with everything we needed. The handwritten note when we arrived was a lovely touch. We will be making this our regular hotel when we stay in London
