OH MY GOODNESS!! We loved this place!! They took pride in EVERYTHING they did and made our experience unforgettable! The wonderful staff created us upon arrival with professional attention. The room was elegantly compact. Romi attended to our questions about London and even hand wrote us suggestions. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we had in all of Europe and offered a carefully currated variety of quality offerings delicately displayed. I cant say enough. This hotel will be our hotel anytime we are in London! Thank you to the Astors team for caring for us like we were long time friends! You guys made our first trip to the UK unforgettable!

The hotel is really three separate houses and one has to go outside to get to the one where breakfast is served. Staff were helpful, breakfast was OK. No fault of the hotel but my need to get into the centre of London was messed up by a stoppage on the Victoria line.

Super Stay

Hotel in a lovely area. Easy walk to Buckingham Palace and close to Victoria Station. Very friendly staff. Good triple room with free water, biscuits and tea/coffee. Lovely breakfast. Good selection and nice seating area. Able to leave bags safely to collect at end of day.

A great find

The Astor's Hotel, nestled in the heart of Belgravia, is a short walk from Victoria train station. I received a very warm welcome from Rami on reception who kindly let me check-in early then a pleasant porter showed me to my room. The room was small, but it was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. It was located at the back of the hotel so no traffic noise. The continental breakfast had a large selection to suit all tastes and was very good, the waiting staff were pleasant and helpful. I only stayed for one night, but I will definitely stay again.

We chose this hotel as it was within a 10 minute walk from Wicked at the apollo which was right outside of Victoria Staion. The receptionist was hrlpful and friendly. The room was fine and clean. if you just need it for a base its perfect. The rooms come with a complimentary continental breakfast. (Don't expect a full English) all of the breaksast foods were fresh and a good selection. Theres complimentary bottled waters, biscuits and teas and coffees. Also new slippers. There is a hair dryer, but no iron. But im sure they would provide one if needed. There was a porter to take your bags to your room. Which by the way there are no lifts. So if you cant do stairs, there are rooms on the ground floor which you would need to reserve. Overall. A very pleasant stay. I would recommend this hotel it is not luxurious but we were happy with our stay.

The place is extremely clean and quiet. The service is top shelf. The staff are all amazing. Breakfast was wonderful. I did hate being downstairs with large luggage. It was beyond difficult to navigate the narrow and steep stairs to get down to our room but once inside it was nice. The place is great overall and the staff are beyond super nice. You can tell they take pride in ensuring a great experience. My one and only negative is if you need to navigate the stairs up or down… ask for a ground floor room and you will be more than fine. I love how central the place is and how peaceful and safe the area is. Within a 5-10 min walk from Victoria station and steps from so many amazing restaurants. If you are travelling light or get a main floor room you can’t go wrong. We loved the place and the staff.

Delightful small boutique hotel. Wonderful staff. Plenty of eating options around Ebury and Elizabeth Sts with 4 min walk to Victoria. Pubs everywhere. Convenient to transport Tube and Hop on hop off buses around London. Also plenty of walking options to major landmarks.

Staff were attentive. For the price in a large city, we were happy with the room. Periodically, we had trouble getting water that was not streaming hot. The breakfast were nice and staff worked to keep items stocked.
