Excellent service and kind staff. The rooms were perfect and clean and everyone went above and beyond to ensure comfort and meet all basic needs. Also the location was perfect, close to other major neighborhoods in London and with close by shops and cafes. I 100% want to come back in the future.

Very bad experience, don't stay at this hotel! We had no heating for two nights with temperatures below freezing. They just told us to wait for the technician, and the next day they didn't fix the heating. They gave us a portable heater, which made a very annoying noise, ruining our vacation. Room 106.

The staff are super friendly. We booked 2 double rooms, I was with my partner and my parents in the room below. It was my mums birthday and they left a card and box of fancy chocolates in her room which was super sweet!

I had a pleasant stay here. The customer service was excellent! the staff were very accommodating and tried their best to help when I requested a different room. I originally reserved a room with two beds, but none were available at check-in, so they offered an alternative room. The rooms are extremely small, which was the only downside, but everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared. They provided full toiletries, welcome water, cookies, and supplies for hot chocolate and coffee in the room, which was a lovely touch. Another good point is that the hotel offers the best prices when booking directly with them, so it’s worth reserving through the hotel. Overall, great service and hospitality.”

Room was spotless, staff very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was tasty and a good start for the day. The location is perfect as it is close the Victoria tube station, restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay there next time we arr in London.

The hotel was conveniently located near Victoria Station. The rooms were clean; the beds were comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was good. The staff were pleasant and helpful and called a taxi for us one morning.

Wasnt worth the price. The stair carpet was torn in 2 places and was dangerous. The soap tray in the shower was horribly rusty. The heating wasnt effective, and the pillows were uncomfortable. Really disappointing considering it cost £220 for the night.

Very quaint property in a really nice location, with a neighborhood feel and yet close to major attractions. The hotel was clean and had character. Our room was compact, as expected in Europe, but everything we needed. I found it to be a very good value, especially with the breakfast included, which is rare in London. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this property.

Staff was very friendly. No lifts so it is quite a hike if you are on the second floor! They were wonderful though carrying luggage.
