Our single room with 2 beds was the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. It had 2 beds, private bathroom with toilet & shower, built in desk, small closet and tv on the wall. Room was so small, glad I only stayed 2 nights there. But it was in a GREAT location. Short walking distance to the Tube, National Express bus station and good dining/shopping!!

We stayed just one night and the room was clean and comfortable with the location convenient to Victoria Station . The issue was that the room was right on the railway tracks so you got regular train noise. The hotel is not on Buckingham Palace Road at all but backs the train station with half the rooms backing the train tracks. There may be quieter rooms in another part of the hotel but you’d need to ask .

the pictures of this property were very misleading once you arrive and see it in person. First, I want to say the front desk staff were extremely kind and very helpful getting us checking and checking out, storing our bags and getting us settled in. The hotel location is in a wonderful area, safe, and near a metro station if you can look past everything else. The room itself is very small, however this is the case with any room in Europe. Keep in mind if you have large luggage, it will be a struggle. The bed sheets were questionable if they were clean or not, there was tears in the comforter. The shower was not made for a real human and was extremely tight and small. The mattress was extremely painful to lay on and the pillows served no purpose as pillows. Once you got past all of the room issues, the wifi never stayed connected and all through the night, like other reviews mentioned you could hear the train going by, it felt like it was driving through your room. For the amount of money spent on this hotel, I was expecting a lot more from it.

Place to Stay

Hotel fit our needs of a family of four. The breakfast was simple but hit the spot and helped to save some money. This hotel is walking distance from the training station. But the location for any bus traveling is a short, quick walk. You can see the bus station from hotel. Couldn’t ask for a better location to bus station. There is also an elevator at this hotel to help get luggage upstairs. Hotel is about 30 minute walk to London Eye. But there’s a lot of see along the way. A couple guest were upset at this price of hotel and found it to be expensive. I too felt this way but it was my first time in London and wanted to be close to bus station to catch our Carnival cruise.

Clean, good sized room with all amenities. Great location, close to Victoria train and bus stations, Belgravia & CBD. The young male staff members were friendly and went above & beyond to assist with welcoming us, early check-in and storing our luggage.

Close to bus station great front desk service. I asked the front desk to call me a cab to the airport and they suggested that we take the bus to the airport which was steps away. It saved us about $75. Exceptionally clean.

The hotel was in a convenient location, and I was pleased with the housekeeping and the friendliness of the staff. However, my room was on the third floor with no elevator access, which was a bit inconvenient.

Very small room for two people. Barely enough room for luggage. Windows are not double glazed which is a huge problem given the proximity to the train station. Pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast options were extremely poor and very bad food quality.

The staff was exceptionally warm and gracious, providing recommendations for our London stay / Chelsea Flower Show experience. The hotel was cozy, clean and very accommodating; perfectly located between Victoria Train Station and Victoria Coach Station - transportation was easy and safe! Great offering of diverse dining options in walking distance - delish!!
