Very clean and comfortable option walking distance to Victoria station. Eating options close by and staff very accommodating. Some noise from other rooms at times but not enough to affect our stay. There is a homeless camp close by but never an issue and felt very safe in the area. I would stay here again.

The room we had was small compared to what we are used to. Location was good for sight seeing. Beds were ok, but not good or great. Quite noisy with train traffic close by. Room was not warm and the over door unit would not switch to heat mode. If you are in London for a couple days it is ok but not for longer term visits in my opinion.

The room was spotless. Staff very helpful and fulfilled my request for a low floor. Only downside the noise from the trains kept us awake most of the night. Very good location for the coach station.
