The room had intermittent loud buzzing all night. No alternative rooms apparently even though I could have booked a more expensive one online. Ultimately did not hardly sleep all night. In fairness staff were good about it, but upon emailing the manager, predictably haven’t got a response!

Check in felt rushed lacking customer care and there was no water in the rooms. The room itself was very clean and quiet, my wife and I enjoyed an excellent nights sleep and the breakfast was excellent value, piping hot served by a great hard working team. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Our group had 2 rooms: a queen suite and a twin room. The queen suite was beautiful, in excellent condition and well worth the extra I paid. The small twin room next door may have been roughed up by children, but it could use fresh paint. I would return!

Very pleasant stay:-)

I stayed in the queen suite with the little patio and it was outstanding! My daughter’s room was a twin and it was okay but tiny. If you can swing it, the queen suite is a big treat! All of the staff were wonderful! Very close to Earl’s Court tube station, a small grocery, Italian restaurant.

Perfect location and delightful staff. The places to eat nearby ranged from the basic Burger King to a wonderful place 4 minutes the name of which i cant remember. Downside is the bathroom is very small. I am 5 feet 4 inches and thevshower was tight and the sink was nearly useless. The bathroom is why the hotel is not a 5+ star rating.

Night at the boxing

Used this hotel because on the date in question hotels were steep in price and yhis was pretty reasonable. I stayed with my 2 sons in a triple room. It was a little bit tight for space but was very presentable clean and tidy. We only used the room for sleeping once back from the boxing. Earls court tube is literally a 2 minute walk and there is a fantastic pub at the end of the road that serves great beers and lovely food. I think it was called the blue bird. Breakfast was superd in morning as well.lots of variety and a nice full english.

You can't beat the location, price or courteous staff. A few areas could have been cleaner (like the lift) but overall a pleasant stay and I'll be back.

Location is good. Close to shops and restaurants. Hotel is clean and beautiful. What I did not like were the little things such as very small sink, you can’t wash your face without having water everywhere, shower doesn’t get hot enough, soap dispensers do not work properly. AC was also a problem for me. It just doesn’t get cool enough. Staff were friendly and helpful though.

it was perfect! well kept and clean, great location. the tube was about a block and a half away. on a main street with grocery stores, bakeries and lots of options! overall lovely place to stay!
