The staff was always friendly. I got the tiny room and it worked out perfect for me. It was quiet, the space heater warmed it quickly, and the bed was comfortable
Nice clean rooms with coffee facilities, very friendly staff and very welcoming.
Would stay here again.

My ranking of staff and service is based on the service we received in the latter part of our stay ....we spent quite a few nights there. The first staff member we met was very abrupt and unfriendly. The 2 young women for the latter part were the opposite and seemed interested and very helpful to all guests not just us. If my review was to be based on our first impressionson it would be not to stay there but 2 young women changed that. They were interested in the guests asking about plans and contributing suggestions. I would not like to see 2 amazing young women penalised in any way for the actions of another staff member.
I have stayed twice at this hotel. The rooms are small but as a solo traveller they are fine for me. Rooms and ensuite were clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff on reception are very friendly and helpful. Pimlico tube station is 5 minutes walk away and a selection of shops and eating places are close by.
Good sinple hotel with clean rooms and good amenities. Staff are courteous and engaging. Area around property is within easy walking distance for transport options and the river. Only downside of area is its a little walk for shopping and dining options
Staff were great, friendly and very professional. The room although small was very comfortable! I think it was a house in the past because it feels like you’re staying in a house. It’s not haunted as far as I could tell but since it is Victorian it wouldn’t surprise me (and it feels like it should be)haha. Huge deal for me was they had an electric kettle and coffee in the room! Rather quaint in that the room key is an old school skeleton key. Neighborhood is great, close to food and the tube so pretty easy to get around. It’s in the pimlico area of Westminster so pretty nice neighborhood. I’ll definitely stay there again the next time I’m in London! My advice is take the tube from kings crossing to pimlico station it will save you about £40
Clean room, well equipped, friendly and efficient staff. Many varied restaurants within easy reach. Close to a tube station and near to Victoria station. Will use again without hesitation.
Property was close and walkable to things. Having the bathroom down the hall was a pain but the room slept 5 and worked for our 2 nights there. The staff were friendly, helpful and we received exceptional service.

Tiny sink, a small bathroom. Great location. Friendly staff.
Small rooms with a very small bathroom. Also we were on the fourth floor with no lift in the hotel. Quite a hike up the stairs after walking around sightseeing all day.
