Terrible service

I was trapped out the front of the hotel with noone answering their phone or the buzzer to let me in to enable me to check in. There was a rave happening opposite the hotel, and numerous people doing drugs openly in front of the hotel. A single female traveller should not have to struggle to get into a hotel. If you need to lock the doors, and your reception is on a different floor, have a doorman.

We had a great stay at CitizenM in Shoreditch- it was easy to get anywhere we wanted and the hotel was comfortable and welcoming. Our only complaint is that only one elevator was working (which we were told about ahead of time), which made for some long waits. We'd gladly stay at the CitizenM again.

Excellent but only one lift working currently

Always excellent service and clean and super comfortable rooms. The only issue is that out of three lifts they only have one that works as they are being upgraded and I was on the 9th floor. It just meant having to wait longer for a lift but everything else was first class as always

I love this property, safe stay with CitizenM quality, also loved that it was walkable to dif points of interest. I would recommend the bedroom size better for 1 person instead of two. Yet checkout the room dimensions before booking for 2.
