The room was small, not cleaned daily, and dusty. There were good two good points: a water station on every floor where one could get purified water In replaceable plastic bottles at no charge. The second good point was the excellent Bar and restaurant: great service and great food. The breakfast buffet was also good.

Fabulous location and staff

Firstly, I’d like to say how accommodating Serena and Salman were. We did however, issues with our toilet having housekeeping to come out just before we settled down, and again this morning just before departure. My only complaint was that breakfast was stone cold! Thank you to Salman he kindly reimbursed us!

This hotel was comfortable and very close to two tube stations and had all the convenience of being near Trafalgar Square. So many places only a short walk away. The floor in our room was comically squeaky but the hotel had an old charm with character. Beds and pillows were super comfortable.

The Club room furnishings were a bit tired. Great view of the London skyline from the window. Fab location. Breakfast ingredients and cooking skills very good however, the food timing's were out, so we had to re-vist the buffet 3 times to make up the full English. Oddly there were no small plates, coffee saucer's or small spoons out. Avoid going to breakfast at 9 to 9.30am as this is very busy resulting in a 10 minute wait to get a seat.
