Starting from check out, we arrived pretty early and could not check in early. They said they don’t call or text when the room is ready and that it might be ready by “2 or 3pm”. Staff was very friendly and we were able to check in our bags for no cost. When we got the room, I appreciated the large ceilings and spacious area. One thing I did not like about the room was that parts of the floorboards squeaked whenever you walked on them which got annoying; I hope nobody’s room was under ours! Other than that, everything was standard. Location was great if you want to watch West End shows and see major landmarks. Would recommend, but to be mindful of those small details.

Clean , easy check in . And out ,central to everything. In between two tube station.charing cross and embankment. Love our stay .its a leisure trip . Bed is comfortable and soft. Very nice staff at check in. Food near just as you step out of lobby. Highly recommended.

The hotel was clean and well-organized. Staff was friendly and professional. Loved the quiet lounge with free coffee and tea, and accessible printer. We arrived early to drop off our luggage and received a warm welcome from the check-in gentleman with offers to refresh ourselves after our long flight overseas before leaving to sightsee until our room was ready. Staff was amazing and responsive to my difficulties printing some tour tickets and attaching cruise ship luggage tags before checkout. Request for extra bathroom supply was also met immediately. Overall, love the central location, within walking distance to Covent Garden, Chinatown, Leicester Square for dinners; 2 underground stations, buses and all the hop on hop off buses stopped nearby. Would stay here again.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The room was well appointed. The staff was excellent - helpful with travel information and directions, courteous and friendly. There was a comfortable lounge with coffee drinks and tea available at all times. The hotel is well located, just off Trafalgar Square, with easy access to several Underground lines, and within easy walking distance to many popular sightseeing destinations and several theaters.

Club Quarters Trafalgar Square is a terrific hotel centrally located to theaters, restaurants, museums and more. You can easily walk to Trafalgar Square, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the Thames, St. Martin in the Field, National Gallery and all the theaters. The rooms were a good size and the beds extremely comfortable. The staff was both knowledgeable and delightful. Very accomodatting There is a bar and restaurant on site as well as a delicious pizza cafe, 50 Kalò, attached. We also enjoyed the club room and coffee machine featuring espresso, macchiatos, lattes and cappuccinos. It was my 2nd time staying here and I plan to come back again!

Lovely hotel and Amenities. We were traveling as a group of 8 and the library provided us with a place to chat and enjoy coffee together. Had dinner within the hotel and it was delicious. Staff were very friendly throughout our stay.
