Retired couple opinion…

Many reviewers gripe about the size of the bathroom. Yes, it’s minuscule. If you want a big bathroom with tub, book elsewhere. There’s also no lift so keep this in mind when booking. As for us, we found it clean, quiet, and convenient. It’s a good value in a high-priced city.

Minutes' walk to Paddington Station, very convenient. A lot of restaurants nearby. The shower is relatively small, but the room is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is simple but good enough.

Well located near Pattington Station! Restaurants and convenient Hop on Hop off buses. Nice little hotel. Lot of stairs though. Nice little continental breakfast. Would stay again!

The room was very small. There was only 1 plug. There was no air conditioner and only a small fan. London was over 90 degrees, so it was not a comfortable temperature.

Good basic hotel close to Paddington. Basement room was very bright. Staff friendly and efficient. Only issue was it felt run down, but that’s probably why it’s so affordable.

Really clean. Comfortable bed. It was very hot weather in London so the fan was welcome. Friendly staff. Excellent value. Highly recommend.

Even if it’s for 1hr don’t stay here. It’s just terrible, you’ll regret it. Drag your luggage up floors. No AC in the room. Toilet smells of bleach with no ventilation. Carpets stink and beds are uncomfortable. And don’t ask for extra towels it’s £1 for each. Save your dignity and hygiene stay elsewhere.

This hotel is located very near Paddington station and to various shops, bus routes and sites. The room and the breakfast area are somewhat small, but the service was good. We appreciated the quietness an security of the hotel.
